FYR Macedonia vs Scotland Parashikim

Scotland claimed a comfortable 2–0 victory over FYR Macedonia in this UEFA Nations League League B encounter, with the points secured through an early goal and a second-half penalty. Kieron Bowie broke the deadlock as early as the seventh minute, just a moment after Oli McBurnie had picked up a yellow card, giving Scotland a lead they would carry into the break. Macedonia struggled to assert themselves despite winning nine corners, and their afternoon was further complicated by a string of bookings.

The second half brought further drama through VAR. A penalty awarded to Scotland was initially cancelled at the 51st minute before another was confirmed in the 63rd minute, which John McGinn converted six minutes later to double the advantage. Our pre-match AI model had rated a Scotland win as the most likely outcome at 56%, and that assessment proved accurate. Bowie, who had been central to much of Scotland's attacking threat, was withdrawn shortly after the penalty.

Scotland finished the match with nine men effectively under pressure after Scott McKenna received a red card in the 83rd minute, though by that point the result was long beyond doubt.
